Hr Generalist - Interviewer.

The primary function of this position is to interview applicants and fill vacant positions.

They will be responsible for scheduling interviews, interviewing to select the best qualified applicants and responsible for all paperwork associated with the interview process ensuring compliance with all employment related federal and state laws; will perform general HR functions within the hiring process which consists of providing assistance to the Employment Specialist on recruitment and staffing logistics and retention; will assist in gathering all required documentation needed to post vacant positions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Knowledge of multiple human resources management disciplines, principle and practices including, compensation, job evaluation methods, job descriptions (analyze, prepare and revise), recruitment and retention, screen applications, compile and analyze data
Education:
Bachelors
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Min. of 1 years experience in the human resources field.
Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major curse work in human resource management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
PHR Certification is preferred
