Your impact.

Technical Partner & External Data Source Operations

• Utilize HealthJoy internal tools to set up new data integrations and SFTP connections
• Support technical requirements discussion with external partners and establishing data feeds
• Maintain existing data integrations with TPAs and other vendors
• Maintain partner-facing technical requirements documentation
• Maintain training along with tooling and process documentation for our external partners during onboarding in regards to data feeds
• Internal point of contact for data feed troubleshooting
• External point of contact for data feed troubleshooting
• Support in maintaining working relationships with partner & vendor technical teams including supporting technical kick off calls, ongoing meetings as needed
• Escalate issues to Tech Ops Lead where necessary
• Execute ongoing technical requirements for HealthJoy's external vendor partners (i.e Teladoc)
• Validating, Configuring and Importing data file feeds into HealthJoy proprietary systems expected

Vendor Onboarding

• Support in maintaining training along with tooling and process documentation for our external partners during onboarding in regards to Implementation
• Support in maintaining partner-facing implementation requirements documentation
• Internal point of contact for implementation process
• External point of contact for implementation process

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work with Product and Engineering to UAT any system upgrades related to integrations
• Audit and monitor standards for internal data processing in adherence to HealthJoy standard operating procedures
• Support partner technical discussions around data feeds in partnership with Internal Teams, TPAs and additional Partners
• Work in conjunction with internal teams to determine resolutions for any data discrepancies
• Monitor the daily data feeds to ensure consistency and successful processing

Your experience.

• 2- 5+ years professional experience
• Demonstrated success independently managing and implementing complex projects, with keen attention to detail and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive, self-starter mentality, with the ability to think two steps ahead on every project
• Excellent teamwork, collaborative, and problem solving skills
• The ability to participate and contribute during internal discussions
• Demonstrated diplomacy: experience skillfully managing the needs and agendas of diverse professionals who are anxious to get your time and attention
• Proficiency in Excel

Job Level: 20

Base Compensation Range for Job Level: $70,000-$80,000 Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary only. Certain roles are eligible for additional cash incentives such as commission, annual bonus targets, overtime pay or other variable incentives.

HealthJoy maintains a comprehensive strategy to determine rewarding and competitive packages for individual compensation for new hires, internal promotions and internal job changes. This strategy is based on several factors unique to each individual, including: 1) the skills, experience and qualifications of the individual; 2) the responsibilities and demands of the role; 3) analysis of external market data; and 4) company budget and financial performance.

HealthJoy is a remote-first employer. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

At HealthJoy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each role and individual.
