Summary: As a member of the Supply Chain Strategy team, the Data Analyst will support leaders, subject matter experts, and project managers from across the organization on strategic initiatives assuring successful execution of the operational business strategy of the team.
The Data Analyst will work on high-priority strategic initiatives in alignment with the business strategy and long-term goals by providing fact-based data analysis and innovative analytic solutions to support decision making, new initiatives and process improvement recommendations. This will include creating, augmenting, or modifying complex metrics to identify means of tracking data quality, completeness, and trends.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop innovative analytic solutions to measure business performance; identify / quantify drivers, risks, and opportunities and define solutions to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities.
Participate in and contribute to projects to develop tools and organization capabilities to support a data driven supply chain. Own assigned tasks and resolve general problems with minimal guidance. Act as subject matter expert and train others to use core data tools.
Create and update Tableau visualizations to support visualization and analysis of supply chain optimization outputs
Help core teams on the management of program/project requirements, scope, activities, and milestones related to supply chain.
Assist on standard program/project management items, priorities, and capacity needs related to supply chain
Assist with the build-out of internal processes and procedures to support supply chain strategy.
Good planning and project management skills.
Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with all levels of management and employees within the company.
Must be able to work within a team environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Collaboration tools including Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel.
Intermediate to advance knowledge of Alteryx and SQL
Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
3 or more years of experience in Supply Chain, healthcare services and/or specialty pharmacy service
2+ years of Experience working on large-scale or multi-faceted projects
Knowledge of methodologies for quantitative and qualitative analysis
