Porter/Maintenance

High-end luxury residential property management company is looking to fill Union Porter roles in Manhattan. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience, is flexible, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional customer service. Experience using BuildingLink is a plus. Experience in Floor Care (stone & wood) highly valued.

Job specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Receiving packages and deliveries
• Maintaining a tidy back-of-house area
• Removing trash/recyclables
• General cleaning and maintenance
• Preparing apartments for occupancy
• Assisting residents as needed

Basic Responsibilities:

• Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.
• Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.
• Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.
• Complete company required training courses as assigned.
