Title: Data Analyst
Location: Des Plaines, IL

Description
-This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
-Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs.
-Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
-May require a Bachelor's degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
-Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
-Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
-3-6 years of business or Data Analyst skills: Mastery of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint AND experience with relational database and reporting tools.
Education: bachelor's degree in business or mathematics.
-The Business Analyst is responsible for organizing data related to the Service Organization at client Molecular.
-They utilize technical expertise to ensure data is accurate and high-quality.
-Data is then analyzed, designed, and presented in a way that assists individuals, businesses, and organizations make better decisions.
-Mastery of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
-Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
-Analyzing data with intermediate Excel formulas and/or pivot tables
-Performing analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data
