Position Summary
The selected candidate will be part of a small team within the Grievance and Appeals Department who receive calls from members, family members, and providers wanting to file a grievance or appeal.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Medicare experience
- 1 Year of Medicaid Experience
- 1 Year of Behavioral Health
- Computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Good spelling and grammar a must
- Critical thinking
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the behavioral health system for Seriously Mentally (SMI) individuals in Arizona
- Knowledge of the Medicaid system in Arizona
- Knowledge of Arizona Behavioral Health
Education
HS Diploma or GED
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.45 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
