Hospice Marketer

As an active part of our community, our goal is to provide and continuously improve hospice services to meet the needs of the patient by delivering value driven, high quality compassionate care.

As the Hospice Marketer, you are responsible for getting referrals from local facilities and hospitals. You will be the primary contact person for community out-reach and obtaining home care referrals of our non-medical home care services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products or services
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and evaluate market trends
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize results
- Manage advertising sales and partnerships to maximize exposure

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role

- Effective written and verbal communication

- Detail oriented and highly organized

- Communicates well with patients, co-workers, and external sources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
