In this Office Intake role you would act as the office organizational pro in the Seattle, WA office. We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills.

What You Would be Responsible for:
- Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
- Involved in intakes, orders, and scheduling
- Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
- Other responsibilities will be assigned
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must be a high school graduate
- Health care related experience
Experience with Medical Intake or Insurance Auth is preferred
