Litigation Intake Coordinator
Keller Rohrback L.L.P., a Pacific Northwest-based, nationally recognized law firm, is seeking to add an Intake Coordinator to join its plaintiffs’ class action litigation team. The primary role consists of processing, fielding, and tracking leads from our marketing outreach efforts and cold calls by responding to phone and web-based inquiries and completing the initial intake screening. The successful candidate will take the initiative to ask questions, be detail-oriented, patient, have a passion for protecting the rights of individuals, enjoy engaging with the public, and communicate in a cheerful and professional manner. Training for this position will be provided by our paralegals and marketing team. The person selected for this position will complete onboarding and position training onsite in our Seattle office before being eligible to work remotely.

- Demonstrate excellent listening and communication skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of potential legal issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to organize a high volume of information and filter and sort intake-related data (leads, pass-throughs, etc.) effectively for attorneys, paralegals, and marketing.
- Ability to effectively respond to urgent situations that require a quick response.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt quickly to new software applications.
- A professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Basic understanding of legal concepts and terminology beneficial but not required.
- Former Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience preferred but not required.
Duties:
- Serve as the initial primary contact for potential clients.
- Promptly respond to potential client calls and web-based inquiries via phone and email and follow up as needed.
- Conduct initial screening to gather essential information and evaluate potential clients’ needs.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to assess case viability.
- Manage intake process efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and documented.
- Utilize Captorra, our Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, to record and track client interactions and streamline the intake process.
- Respond timely to marketing requests with information and data.
- Create case summary sheets upon launch of new investigation or case.
- Draft thorough intake summaries regarding potential cases for the attorney and/or paralegals’ evaluation.
- Promptly forward inquiries regarding existing cases to the appropriate attorneys and paralegals.
- Other entry level paralegal tasks and projects assigned when available and as time permits.
Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
