Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by answering incoming calls and responding to email inquiries.
- Explain policy coverage to clients and assist them with claims when necessary.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate client records and update policy information as required.
- Collaborate with insurance agents to provide personalized insurance solutions to clients.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Excellent Customer Service skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and programs simultaneously.
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- A positive and inviting attitude, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
