You will play an important role in providing services to individuals who may have: intellectual disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, behavioral health disorders, and/or mental health diagnosis as they work to overcome vocational barriers and live lives that are more independent.
Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- You will be providing direct supervision, cueing, maintenance, guidance, instruction, incidental assistance with activities of daily living or assistance with coordination of community living activities to help the person live independently.
- Provide direct training on community living skills such as skill building to acquire, retain and improve the person’s experience living in the community.
The community living service categories are:
- Community participation
- Health, safety and wellness
- Household management
- Adaptive skills.
Position requirements:
- Minimum of 18 Years old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a drivable car
- Must be able to drive from and to work
- Ability to cover other shifts as needed
- Ability to work autonomously in a variety of locations
- Demonstrated time management skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering high quality support services

Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
