Customer Service Representative- Insurance Department

Premier Community Bank has an opportunity for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in our Insurance Department. On our team, you will work with clients in North East/North Central Wisconsin. This position will work out of the Pulaski office.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Work directly with the agents to process new business.
• Work with existing customer base to process renewals and help agents retain the book of business. This includes contacting customers prior to renewal to discuss premium changes and options.
• Obtain insurance licenses for all lines of business: property, casualty, life, and health insurances.
• Assist customers with changes to their policies and make payments for customers.

Required Skills:

• Computer knowledge
• Insurance understanding, but willing to train
