Job Description: Join the David Kaiser, American Family Insurance Agency team in Oconomowoc, WI! Small welcoming, friendly office atmosphere. A Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering questions and discussing product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs. You'll coordinate prospecting through direct mail and personal insurance reviews, entering leads, pulling motor vehicle and claims reports, entering new applications and submitting changes on existing policies. Position Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Two years of Customer Service experience preferred • Willing to get Property and Casualty insurance licensing is preferred before starting and is required after beginning employment Compensation & Benefits: • Life and Disability Insurance.
