Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our agency. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, billing inquiries, and payments, coordinating prospecting activities, and setting personalized insurance reviews. You'll also handle tasks such as entering leads, claims follow-up, and other tasks as needed to support the agent.

Qualifications:

• Education: College degree preferred
• Experience: Two years of Customer Service experience is preferred, but we value individuals with a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service.
• License: Must obtain an insurance license within 90 days of hire (Property & Casualty License)
