Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on insurance product features, benefits, premiums, and deductibles.
• Provide continuous support to clients, aiding in policy renewals, claims assistance, and coverage adjustments.
• Cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships, fostering loyalty and enhancing customer retention.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales or Customer Service experience is preferred but will train the right candidate.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a valid insurance license (Property & Casualty License) or the determination to acquire one.
