In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance inquiries, processing policy changes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will have the chance to work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide personalized recommendations. Base salary of $37,500-$52,000, based on years of experience.
Newly licensed applicants would start out at $37,500.
Experienced licensed applicants starting salary up to $52,000.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by handling insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with insurance agents to ensure accurate policy information and assist with policy renewals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively communicate with clients and provide the best possible service.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be a licensed insurance representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to adapt to new software systems.
- Prior experience in a Customer Service role preferred.
