The Service Instructional Designer for Cytiva is responsible for designing the learning activities and content for our service organization and driving the service training approach for assigned content development projects.

This position is part of the Global Service Training Design Team located in the United States and will be remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop engaging, task-based content where the learner frequently interacts with the materials.
• Work in cross-functional teams with global SMEs and stakeholders to develop content collaboratively, with precision, speed, and transparency.
• Create or leverage existing media assets, perform image/graphics manipulation/optimization, and modify design layouts to suit the content.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree and 3+ years in Instructional Design/Development or equivalent experience using adult learning principles, methods, theories, and techniques for global audiences OR Associates degree and 5+ years in similar experience.
• Mastery of standard content development tools including Articulate 360, Microsoft Office, Camtasia, Captivate, and at least one online presentation tool (for example: WebEx, Zoom, Adobe Connect, etc.).
• Ability to comprehend technical product training content.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of technical products, preferably Life Sciences industry related.
• Understanding of HTML5, JavaScript, node.js, web service development tools, and API concepts.
• Voiceover artistry capabilities, with appropriate pacing clear annunciation, and pronunciation.

The annual base salary range for this role is $90,500.00 – $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
