KeenLogic is seeking to hire a Senior Instructional Systems Designer to work with one of our Department of Justice Customers. This is a full-time position offering health benefits, PTO, 401k, and Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with Instructional Design and will be familiar with ensuring overall alignment of the training solutions to the requirements, and assist with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data to provide feedback/data to assist leadership with the assessment and management of the coordinated training programs. This position is located in Washington D.C. Candidates must be local and must be willing to go onsite. Hybrid/telework will be available for candidates based on job performance.
Job Summary:
The candidate will review and analyze multiple curricula and program assessment requirements to conduct analysis, identify, articulate, and validate the new assessment requirements, create new learning objectives, and develop lesson plans incorporating instructional strategies that support testing and evaluation using integrated scenarios that can serve as practical application assessments in an advanced, joint environment across multiple training programs. The candidate will also ensure overall alignment of the training solutions to the requirements and assist with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data to provide feedback/data to assist leadership with the assessment and management of the coordinated training programs.
Requirements:
- Active Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree (Education, Information Systems, Business or other Technology) and 14 years' experience
- Master's Degree (Education, Information Systems, Business or other Technology) and 10 years' experience
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience reviewing and analyzing multiple curricula and program assessment requirements to conduct analysis, identify, articulate, and validate the new assessment requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience assisting with instructor preparation to sequence, schedule, and observe/evaluate delivery and/or delivery data to provide feedback/data to assist leadership with the assessment and management of the coordinated training programs
- Minimum 10 years of experience creating new learning objectives and developing lesson plans
- Familiar with ADDIE Model
- Familiar with Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model
- Strong Communication Skills
