SalaryR3 Government Solutions (R3) provides human resources operations services, human capital consulting, and custom training to federal clients. This position is part of an R3 team that supports Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
**Mostly REMOTE work with occasional on-site in Washington DC client/team meetings so the Candidate needs to be located in the Washington DC Metro area**
**Hold an Active Public Trust Security Clearance or able to obtain one**
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Office of the Chief Learning Officer (OCLO)
- Use Instructional Systems design methods and theories including ADDIE to support assessment, planning, development, delivery, maintenance, and evaluation of FEMA courses and materials
- Be proficient in a variety of delivery methods (Instructor-Led Training, eLearning, experiential, Virtual Instructor-Led, etc.)
- Collaborate with FEMA and R3 ISDs and other professionals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least six years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with web-based interactive learning technology design, tools, and technologies; experience with Articulate Storyline 2 highly desirable
- Knowledge of SCORM and Section 508 compliance standards
