Job Description
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers in product selection, provide pricing information, and process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our product line, features, and benefits to effectively address customer queries.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities and promote new products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to optimize customer satisfaction and drive sales goals.
- Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field within the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, products, and industry terminology is advantageous.
- Strong dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other Sales/Customer Service tools is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn about new products and adapt to evolving customer needs and industry trends.
