Duties:
- Sales
- Process incoming phone & email customer orders
- Quote Dualco product pricing to customers or prospective customers, via phone or email; as required.
- Conferring with Shop or Inventory manager, for the status of Dualco product stock.
- Miscellaneous, as required.
- Administrative Assistant
- Answering the phone when the Receptionist is on another call, or unavailable.
- Process vendor RFQs as needed.
- Internet searches for goods and services.
- Confer with other office personnel, as required for miscellaneous duties.
- Shipping & Receiving
This task is strictly done from the office; and there’s no outside work.
- Requirements are on an As Needed basis.
- Acquire quotes from freight companies.
- Process shipping and receiving orders.
- Other miscellaneous duties as required.
Work hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with lunch 12:30 – 1:00 pm. 40 hours per week; full time job.
Paid holidays, personal time, and vacations; to begin after start-up period.
With qualifications and experience, minimum pay is $ 17.50 per hour.
