Covid-19 Vaccinations: This position will require the successful candidate to show proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and Maintain Account Relationships: Foster and manage positive relationships with existing delivery accounts in the assigned territory.
- Lead Generation: Prospecting and identifying potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Account Analysis and Objection Handling: Profile and analyze accounts to identify opportunities, overcome objections, and generate high-quality sales opportunities.
- Product Presentation: Effectively present the value of WYLD's products and services to both prospective and existing clients; addressing clients’ needs and concerns effectively.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other sales team members, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Outbound Calls and Virtual Appointments: Make a minimum number of outbound calls each day and schedule virtual appointments with clients.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks; supporting the sales team with communication, order entry, appointments, sales opportunities, etc.
- Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer issues promptly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- **If you are hired, we will require you to prove that you have received the COVID-19 vaccine or have a valid religious or medical reason not to be vaccinated.**
- 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably Inside Sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, Google Apps, and Salesforce is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
- Flexible hours based on business needs.
- Must have experience working in a fast-paced work environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check, including a motor vehicle report.
- Must be 21 years of age or older (in compliance with state regulations).
- Possess basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Must be willing to drive within the state territory, utilizing either a company or personal vehicle as needed.
- Willingness to receive authorized vaccination against COVID-19

As an exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive salary of $68k with an OTE range of $70k-75k, overtime, 11 paid holidays, 120 hours of PTO, 401k andfully paid health, dental and vision insurance.
