The IT Systems Administrator provides expert level end-to-end support and administrative responsibilities for Access Tools Administrator tools.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities As Assigned:
1. Administers Single Sign On for all McLaren facilities including system implementation, modifications and decommissions.
2. Manages Single Sign On Appliances and system configurations.
3. Performs regular and irregular system monitoring, maintenance and updates when required.
4. Designs and applies system architecture and configuration.
5. Engages regularly with vendors to ensure recommended best practices are followed.
6. Manages a queue of service request and incident tickets to fulfilment.
7. Works directly with other support teams, vendors and end-users in a collaborative IT Support environment.
8. Attends and participates in Project Meetings when required.
9. Travels on site for new site implementations support and user onboarding.
10. Maintains self-education on supported systems and best practices.
11. Provides On-Call support outside regular business hours.
Qualifications:
Required:
1. Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or another related field.
2. Two years of experience working in an Identity Access Management role or System Administrator role.
3. Expert Level Knowledge and/or Certifications for Imprivata One Sign (SSO)
