If you are looking for a FULL OR PART TIME job where you handle customer service calls in a fun environment where the day goes by quickly, then this may be the right job for you!
Our training schedule is 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday and lasts approximately 2 weeks depending on how quickly you learn. Training is paid.
We handle Appointment Setting and Customer Service Calls. NO SALES CALLS.
Requirements:
- You MUST like talking to on the phone and helping people.
- You MUST have a pleasant phone voice & sound friendly/upbeat on the phone.
- You MUST type at least 30 words per minute.
- You MUST have excellent computer skills.
- Customer service experience is required.
- Call center experience is preferred.
- Background check required.
- Drug test required.
- Business casual attire required.
Pay: Starting at $16 an hour ($17/hr for bilingual (Spanish/English))
FT Shift Available: 10:30am - 7:00pm, 11:30am-8:00pm, 12:30pm-9:00pm
PT Shift Available: 8am - 12pm or 4pm-8pm
SPLIT SHIFT: 8am - 12pm and 4pm - 8pm
***Mondays and Saturdays are Mandatory for ALL FULL TIME shifts***
