JOB SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for recruiting potential employees, onboarding and training new sales representatives, monitoring sales metrics and setting benchmarks for individual and team success as well as developing and implementing the strategic direction and plan for Inside Sales to support and achieve long term growth initiatives.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Hires, develops and trains new and existing associates.
- Coach, train, evaluate and monitor sales representatives performance.
- Establishes, implements, and manages key metrics such as conversion rates, calls per hour, file penetration, and cost per transaction.
- Develops and presents regular progress reports to management so that measurement of effectiveness and efficiency can be analyzed to ensure achievement of objectives.
- Assigns and manages sales quotas.
- Setting short and long-term sales targets and goals and helping the team to achieve them.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, our competitors, and the buying habits of our target market.
- Designs, develops and implements end to end sales team processes.
- May assume other duties as applied.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE MOST SUCCESSFUL:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5+ years of previous working experience as an Inside Sales Manager
- Experience with inbound sales calls
- Hands on experience with CRM software and Microsoft Products
- Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services over the phone
- Ability to be persuasive and overcome sales objections
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a professional manner
- Skilled in handling conflict resolution
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
