Your Role: As an HVAC Apprentice, you’ll not only learn and assist in various areas of service and maintenance, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer service, but you’ll also:

• Hands-On Experience: Gain practical experience with state-of-the-art tools and technologies in residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Customer Interaction & Salesmanship: Enhance your communication, customer service skills, and salesmanship by interacting directly with clients, providing recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively will help in identifying customer needs and presenting the value of our solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with skilled technicians and supervisors, contributing to and learning from the team.

Pay: $20.00 - $55.00 per hour
