Accounting Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and monitor compliance with accounting standards
• Develop and manage budgets
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members
• Work with auditors to provide necessary documentation
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and updated in advancements in financial technology
• Collaborate and delegate tasks for the Corporate Controller, leaders, and senior management
• Assist in managing the accounting team
• Assist with the day-to-day accounting procedures
• Manage revenue recognition for all projects including fixed price/lump sum
• Perform the month-end close-the-books process
• Communicate financial information to various stakeholders
• Collaborate with other departments for financial planning

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum four-year Accounting or Finance degree
• CPA or CMA certificate desired, but not required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a public accounting firm or
• 5+ years of accounting experience in an engineering services or professional services firm

Pay: $98,206.00 - $105,151.00 per year
