We are thrilled to announce the opportunity to get on-the-job training as an Medical Assistant Apprentice at a variety of The Everett Clinic and Polyclinic locations throughout Snohomish and King County.

We are seeking candidates that have a desire and passion to become a Certified Medical Assistant and can meet the 12-month program requirements.

The tuition cost will be covered by the company and the apprentice will be placed in a host site to work and learn on the job full-time.

The apprenticeship Sponsored by Department of Health - Washington Association for Community Health. By participating in an accredited Medical Assistant Apprenticeship program, we can offer career development opportunities and create a talent pipeline of Medical Assistants.

Primary Responsibility:

• With direct supervision, the Medical Assistant (MA) Apprentice works with all members of the departmental health care team, providing assistance to patients, and nursing staff with direct and indirect patient care, ensuring smooth work and patient flow within the department

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent. Successful enrollment and subsequent completion of a state approved accredited Medical Assistant Apprenticeship program
• Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualification:

• 1+ years of related medical office experience

Washington Residents Only: The hourly range for Washington residents is $16.00 to $23.94 per hour.
