Residential Heating and Air in Fayetteville, NC is seeking an HVAC Administrative Assistant to join our team. • Greet and assist customers over the phone, and via text, providing exceptional customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for HVAC technicians, ensuring efficient use of their time
• Create and maintain customer records and files
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office supplies
• Customer service calls
• Data inputting
