Roofing Sales Representative
The Roofing Sales Representative will specialize in selling roofing solutions to residential customers. This position will require a thorough inspection of homes/buildings/residences to determine roofing needs, appropriate materials, and design. The representative will develop tailored sales proposals, close sales, and carry out all necessary follow-up responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of sales activities aligned with the business strategy. The representative will lead the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. A primary goal is to provide both new and existing customers with solutions to their roofing needs and challenges.
- Provide expertise and consultation to potential and existing customers, developing customized roofing solutions that meet their needs. Act as a resourceful consultant to the installation team, office staff, and customer base.
- Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all agreements have been fulfilled to the customer's complete satisfaction.
- Responsible for pricing and bidding projects in accordance with the organization's pricing structure, as directed by the sales manager. Monitor and track ongoing bids to ensure successful outcomes.
- Perform other job duties as assigned to support the company's objectives and customer needs.
