This specific position is for Human Resources Support. The Human Resources Support will be responsible for assisting with the HR services and related duties for Managed Care Network employees, in the functional areas of payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, on- and offboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, etc.

· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines

· Highly computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft word, specifically Excel

· Fantastic organizational and time management skills

· Strong decision making and problem-solving skills

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Effective people skills

· Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Job Duties and Responsibilities

· Maintain integrity and confidentiality of Human Resource files and Records

· Organize and update employee records (digital and paper copies)

· Update and process HR documents and forms

· Support all internal and external HR related inquiries and requests

· Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

· Communicate with public services when necessary

· Provide education and support to employees about benefits

Education & Experience:

· Degree in Human Resources or equivalent Administrative degree

· 3-5 years of professional high-quality experience in Human Resource as either a Specialist or Generalist roles, preferably a combination of both.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
