Who you are:

What you’ll do:
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs
- Ensure constant communication with Event Captains, staff members, management and the kitchen during service
- Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of event venues
- Reliably complete all assigned set up and breakdown tasks
- Demonstrate knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) and USE’s health and safety standards
- Demonstrate a desire to learn more about the event and work as a team
- Show understanding of all service styles (ex: reception, buffet, seated, coat check)
- Demonstrate appropriate tableside and guest interaction manner
- Works effectively and safely with team members to complete set up and break down tasks
What we need from you:
- On-demand availability and flexibility for changing schedules (weekly)
- Previous experience in catering/fine-dining restaurants or events
- Service and hospitality-oriented attitude a must
