The Manager of HR Innovation and Strategic Support is an on-site position located in Verona, NY and will report directly to the Vice President for Human Resources to research and recommend appropriate innovation strategies across the full life cycle of the employee and leader experience. This position will be responsible for project management of selected strategies under the direction of the VP HR to include planning, deployment, adoption and assessment.

Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Serves as a subject matter expert on HR technology, digital employee experience and innovative HR practices and takes a project leadership role in assessing and delivering applications and results that are aligned with ONE’s operations, culture and objectives.
- Leads process mapping, change management and digital transformation for impending implementation of new Human Capital Management/Enterprise Resource Planning solution. Maintains focus on introducing solutions which will advance employee engagement, productivity and satisfaction.
- Helps to strategize a clear vision for the future state of the employee/leader experience and develops project plans, deployment schedules and post-adoption assessments to ensure effectiveness and optimization of solutions.
- Serves as a technical lead and liaison in partnering with the Innovation, IT, Marketing and Communications Departments in digital and mobile engagement strategies with employees, leaders and prospective employees.
Skills and experience you will bring to us:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, or technology required; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in an HR generalist role or working across key HR disciplines.
- Previous experience in leading change or business transformation projects.
- Strong orientation towards current technology and resources including digital and mobile platforms, analytics-based decision support, and machine learning.
- Previous experience or certification in project management; i.e. Gantt, Monday.com
