We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of HR operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintain accurate benefit records and administer existing programs
- Coordinate Safety Training
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to present information effectively to senior leadership
