Activities (most critical to least critical)
1. Recruits Occupational, Physical, and Speech & Language Therapists to meet staffing needs of clients.
2. Creates and maintains comprehensive recruiting program, utilizing multiple outlets to attract therapists.
3. Develop relationships with key individuals at universities and colleges, in order to attract and hire newly licensed therapists.
4. Maintains all job postings for therapy positions.
5. Conducts initial screening and virtual interviews with potential therapists.
6. Onboards all new therapists, complete all required paperwork, and assist with initial training.
7. Completes therapist credentialling with CAQH, Medicare and medical insurance companies.
8. Maintains compliance with federal, state, and municipal statues and regulations governing the employment process.
9. Conducts quality checks with families and performance reviews for therapists.
10. Assists with scheduling therapists for client visits in home and clinic based.
