Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and compliance. This is a crucial role that requires strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of Human Resources practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with department managers to develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration
- Administer employee leave programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Human Resources management
Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of Human Resources management principles and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Knowledge of employee evaluation methods
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
