The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the execution of payroll, recruiting & Employee Hotline and general employee relations for Frandsen Financial Corporation (FFC). This position plays a vital role in the daily and strategic implementation of Human Resources to support the successful business operations and promote positive working relationships with all employees.

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and keep on a need to know only basis.
- Experience utilizing social media recruiting resources, Indeed, LinkedIn and other online recruiting resources.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines as required.
- Strong attention to detail.
Experience:
- Two to Three years HR or Recruiting experience.
- Payroll experience is preferred.
- Hands on experience with various online recruiting platforms.
- UKG experience using various modules including the recruiting platform is preferred.
Education:
- Coursework in Human Resources or related field of study.
- PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
- Four-year degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
