Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the execution of payroll, recruiting & Employee Hotline and general employee relations for Frandsen Financial Corporation (FFC). This position plays a vital role in the daily and strategic implementation of Human Resources to support the successful business operations and promote positive working relationships with all employees.

Skills:

• Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with leadership and employees.
• High standard of verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and keep on a need to know only basis.
• Experience utilizing social media recruiting resources, Indeed, LinkedIn and other online recruiting resources.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines as required.
• Strong attention to detail.

Experience:

• Two to Three years HR or Recruiting experience.

• Payroll experience is preferred.

• Hands on experience with various online recruiting platforms.

• UKG experience using various modules including the recruiting platform is preferred.

Education:

• Coursework in Human Resources or related field of study.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Four-year degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
