Your Responsibilities:
The Senior HR Generalist fosters productive relationships by providing excellent service and support to our people. Key responsibilities include developing, implementing, and maintaining a variety of HR programs such as performance management, employee engagement and retention, employment law/compliance, safety administration, and employee relations.
- Establish and maintain strong, trusting relationships with managers, leaders, and employees.
- Provide consultation and guidance for people managers on performance related issues.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations, as needed.
- Responsible for company performance management programs, using technology to drive performance reviews, recognition, and feedback.
- Lead retention and development programs including the Mentoring Program and the Wellness and Outreach program.
- Support Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives to build a workforce and culture where cultural competence is strengthened, and teams operate at their highest potential.
- Review, write, and update policies and the employee handbook in accordance with applicable laws.
- Collaborate with Safety Manager to complete accident investigations and administer company Workers Compensation program.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

- Proven organization and time management skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field and 7+ years related experience
- PHR and/or SHRM-CP professional certification strongly preferred
