Job Opportunity: Bilingual HR/DC Generalist

Are you a dynamic HR professional with a flair for warehouse operations, payroll, and recruitment? We're looking for a Bilingual HR/DC Generalist to join our team. This role blends HR expertise with warehouse operations, offering a chance to shape our success through training, payroll, and recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training programs for warehouse staff.
• Lead recruiting efforts and facilitate onboarding.
• Identify and address performance gaps.
• Handle end-to-end payroll processing.
• Foster collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience in HR training, warehouse operations, and payroll.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt training approaches.
• Experience with payroll systems; familiarity with Paycor is a plus.
• Experience working in a distribution center, warehouse, and with hourly workers.
• Travel required to our distribution center sites in FL, TX, NV, with the primary location in NJ.
