Nolan Painting in the Havertown, PA area is looking to hire a full-time Human Resources Generalist to help support our team. This HR Generalist position earns a competitive salary of between $50,000-$60,000. YOUR LIFE AS A HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday, 8.5 hours per day.
As a Human Resources Generalist, you support most HR functions, including talent attraction, hiring, training and development, employee engagement and performance, and compensation and benefits. You also support Nolan Paintingʼs leaders in making people-related decisions and are involved in every aspect of the employee life cycle. An HR Generalist handles most people-centered tasks and processes within an organization, meaning itʼs a varied job that will differ every day. An effective HR Generalist for Nolan Painting will set a positive tone for the company, help attract and retain the best candidates, and ensure legal compliance.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field: Required (combination of relevant work experience and education considered).
Experience: Three to five years progressive Human Resource professional experience. Training in Federal, state laws and application of HR policy in a manufacturing environment and positive employee relations.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Drive products and HRIS systems.
Strong problem solving, relationship building and collaboration skills. Effective persuasive and presentations skills. Highly effective interpersonal skills. Professional and proactive in
resolving issues.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
