Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and is passionate about providing exceptional HR support.
Duties:
- Administer various HR programs and initiatives, including employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating pre-employment screenings
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee time and attendance
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Paylocity and iCIMS to manage employee data and generate reports
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Paylocity and iCIMS
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Experience in training development is a plus
