Based in ei her our New York or Philadelphia office, you will work alongside our Marke ing businesses, where you will play a significan role in designing and execu ing he fu ure hrough s ra egically-focused digi al marke ing solu ions.

Wha role will you play?
You will collabora e wi h business leaders, subjec ma er exper s, echnology, Opera ions, and Suppor func ions o drive alignmen o our da a principles and make i easier o deliver digi al experiences o our clien s and Clien Solu ions Group. Con ribu ing o he eam's overall s ra egy, you will help o define, loca e, race and model da a processes, including da a ownership, classifica ion, Da a Elemen o Business Elemen rela ionships, and da a flows recorded in he da a ca alogue. Daily responsibili ies will include running workshops, analyzing exis ing and fu ure business process, developing concep ual da a models, managing da a quali y, documen ing user journeys, Agile s ory wri ing, and coordina ing business es ing.
Salary range for his posi ion: $145,000 - $180,000/Year. Ac ual base salary may vary based upon, bu no limi ed o, relevan experience, ime in role, peer and marke da a, prior performance, business sec or, and geographic loca ion. You may also be eligible for an annual discre ionary incen ive compensa ion award.
Wha you offer:

• Previous experience in da a-driven Marke ing.
• S rong unders anding of Marke ing in financial marke s or asse managemen .
• Deep experience in da a managemen or business analysis, wi h a focus on da a.
• Familiari y wi h Agile me hodology and knowledge of asse managemen da a flows and associa ed da a domains (e.g. por folios, funds, rades, securi ies, performance).
