Position Summary:
Summary: The HR Generalist provides HR support to hospital staff and leaders. This role performs HR-related duties on a professional level and carries out responsibilities in recruiting, regulatory compliance and other HR related functions as needed. They will operate under the guidance of a local Human Resource Operations Partner but often works independently to assist leaders and assure objectivity and fairness for employees while supporting the Mission, Vision and Core Values of the company.
This role will support and monitor implementation of company initiatives, policies and procedures, and assure compliance and consistency across the hospital system.
