Corp Hr Generalist: Payroll And Benefits Administration

Position Summary:

This position will support the Director of Human Resources with the administration of HR functions for the company. Reports to the Director of HR. Payroll processing, tracking of employment related documentation, and Benefits Administration are examples of HR tasks to be performed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing – primary person responsible for submitting payroll for hourly and salary level employees in 200+ employee size company;
• HR Information system subject matter expert (Paylocity)
• Assist with Benefits Administration, costing, implementation, and policy interpretation;
• Knowledge of Alchemy training software preferred;
• Responsible for all human resource activities to include employment, compensation, benefits and training;
• Serve as a liaison between employees and benefit carriers;
• Coordinates distribution/communication of projects & programs including but not limited to Employee Policy handbook, 401(k), open enrollment, and performance assessment and employee recognition;
• Provide support to Plant HRSM/PM/ Directors/VP’s related to all HR and employee relations matters;
• Implement and administer company policies, procedures, and documentation;
• Support Financial Audits, workers compensation audits, and other relevant audits with appropriate HR information
• Facilitate Wellness Rewards Programs
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday- On Site (Fairless Hills PA)

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus pay- 10% Target

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• HR Information System Experience- Paylocity experience preferred
• 3 years of Payroll execution (200+ employees)
• 2 years of Benefits Administration
• Fluent in HR laws and regulations, (e.g. FSLA, FMLA, state labor regulations)
• Basic competence in duties and tasks of supervised employees.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and staffing.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently while working as a member of various teams and committees.
• Proficiency in various computer programs including Microsoft Office, as well as social media.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and business correspondence, including HR analytics.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
