Human Resources Generalist

Hours: 30-35 hours per week

Location: On site in Colorado Springs, CO

The HR Generalist will support the designated Affiliates to include creating and enforcing company policy, employee onboarding and engagement, and leave administration.

Essential Job Functions/Competencies

• Performs tasks to administer benefits and leave.
• Coordination of FMLA and other leaves.
• 401k Administration
• Assist in responding to employee relation issues.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommended best practices, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Worker’s Comp Administration
• Benefits/COBRA information
• Status Changes
• ACA Reporting
• EEO-1 Compliance and Reporting
• Employment verifications
• Employee file record keeping
• Employee engagement activities

Certifications, Licensures or Registry Requirements
SHRM CP or SCP desired

Educational Requirements

• College degree or equivalent preferred, related experience and coursework applicable to Human Resource Management a plus.

Experience Requirement

• 3-5 years of HR experience
