Human Resources Director, Bel Core North America (Hybrid)
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing all aspects of Human Resources (HR) for the assigned businesses in North America. This position will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business results. This role is both strategic and operational focusing on the day-to-day and tactical aspects of managing the workforce and HR processes. The HR Director must have a strong background in HR operations, talent management, total rewards, and change management to support culture transformation.

- Develop and implement a strategic approach to HR management in alignment with the global HR strategy.
- Collaborate with leaders to assess talent management needs, work with HR partners to develop and deliver programs aligned with the company's values, culture, and strategic objectives.
- Provide support and guidance to managers to ensure HR-related compliance across various issues, including employee relations, performance management, and discipline.
- Foster positive employee relations, promoting effective communication and consultation at all levels of the company.
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational data including development and review of reports and metrics.
- Recommend, develop, implement, and promote cultural initiatives and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) activities, as appropriate.
- Support the business on key projects and perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
What You’ll Need
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven success as a strategic Human Resources business partner with broad knowledge of HR strategic initiatives, including global workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, HR operations, and business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills with an excellent ability to engage an audience.
- Comfortable working independently, as an effective team member, and with all levels of the organization.
- Superior organizational skills, orientation to detail, and ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use data analytics to generate insights and present findings to the business and track and disseminate key HR information to inform decisions.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing HR teams to deliver outstanding performance to the organization.
- Proven experience achieving organizational objectives through collaboration and leading teams of individuals who are not direct reports.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations related to employment and general HR practices.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other on-demand, online meeting, web conferencing, and video conferencing applications that can facilitate communication.
- Willingness and ability to travel (domestic and international) up to 25% of the time.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Qualifications
- PHR, SHRM-CP, or other HR certification.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Bi-lingual skills (oral and written) in English/Spanish a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
