The HR Coordinator's duties will involve recruiting and hiring individuals who contribute to our core values which are: Business Morals, Family Morals, and Risk Management.
The HR Coordinator performs duties such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. The HR Coordinator is key to maintaining a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Promoting and mirroring corporate values and shaping a positive culture is vital to the success of this role.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
- Maintain employee files
- Maintain pay plan, benefits program, and PTO program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Other duties as assigned

- Proven and successful work experience in Human Resources. This position is not just for interviewing and hiring staff.

Requirements
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- A degree in Human Resources preferred
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases a plus
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
