The HR Timekeeping Coordinator will report to the HR Supervisor at the Seymour IN, Distribution Center, and work closely with the supervisors and warehouse team.


 

HR Timekeeping Coordinator key responsibilitites include:

  • Assign schedules, track paid time off and leave of absences in time-keeping system
  • Assist supervisors with questions regarding their team member’s timecard and resolving errors (i.e. missed punches, meal break adjustments, etc.)
  • Answer general human resources-related inquiries from staff, including but not limited to payroll and benefits
  • Maintenance of team member and temp information in the time keeping system (PTO, grace days, production)
  • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and employees, while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate with staffing agency to manage time, attendance, and headcount
  • Performs weekly audit for merit increases and sends spreadsheet to corporate on bi-weekly basis
  • Verify and serve as back up for reporting attendance of team members arrival and departure times, hours worked, pay adjustments and post into time-keeping system
  • Record team member information, such as exemptions, transfers, promotions, and terminations, to maintain and update payroll records
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

 

HR Timekeeping Coordinator reqiirements include:

  • 2+ years related payroll, benefits experience preferred
  • Experience with timekeeping systems, preferred
  • Self-motivated, hands on, and flexible
  • Professional verbal communication skills and customer service orientation
  • Analytical ability to summarize data and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
