Human Resources Coordinator For Veterinary Clinic

Job Overview:
We are a rapidly growing, 6 doctor Veterinary Clinic seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. We currently have around 25 members on staff. As the Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks..
- Assist in implementing HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys or training programs.
- Provide administrative support to owners including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries or issues.
- Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices to contribute to strategic planning.

Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role within an HR department.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
