Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes of 5-10 open positions at a time.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
- Gather feedback from employees and contribute to efforts to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documentation.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements/Preferences:
- Proven experience in a related Human Resources position.
- Strong phone skills, previous experience with phone interviews
- Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality requirements.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
