    Reports to: Human Resources Manager

    FLSA Status: Exempt/Full-time

    Work Location: On-site only

    AGM Management is currently accepting resumes for a highly motivated Human Resources Coordinator (HR Coordinator) to play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and goals.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Assist in recruitment processes of 5-10 open positions at a time.
    2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
    3. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage with potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    4. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    5. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
    6. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
    8. Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
    9. Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
    10. Gather feedback from employees and contribute to efforts to enhance workplace satisfaction.
    11. Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing HR-related documentation.
    12. Assist in HR projects and initiatives.

    Requirements/Preferences:

    • Proven experience in a related Human Resources position.
    • Strong phone skills, previous experience with phone interviews
    • Familiarity with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Understanding of HR processes and confidentiality requirements.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
